Venice

I was rummaging the net for something and came across this (you will need quicktime). Which is a picture of Venice. There is something rather odd about it as i am thinking that the Rialto isn't that close to St. Marks... of course it is the American Venice!!! In LasVagas of course! I mean why wouldn't you go to see this instead! And i am sure that the food is better to...

New use for Lego...

Well check out this website for new and interesting uses for Lego. It is very hard to know if this is taking the piss or it is Kosher. That, I suppose, is the trick to a good parody...

New Teddy

Rose knitted me a Jumper out of some rather nice silk mix wool. It was unfortunately a bit of a negative success as the pattern was translated from Hungarian to English by somebody from Iceland that knew neither language. For about a year we had the jumper sitting in a box so it has been recycled and part of it was sewen into a teddy for Ben. He is called Just Ted though i did suggest Thad as he looks a bit like a thalidomide victim...

I was randomly rummaging the net and came across Time Magazines top 50 web sites of the year. They were in goups of 10, so there were 10 commercial web sites, 10 Lifestyle etc. There were also 10 Blog sites. All their links were broken as they tried to redirect you through some adverstising java applet thing that was broken! Anyway they wern't hard to track done. Google always turned them up as the first site when you searched on the name! My favourite was this one Chocolate and Zucchini which is done by a lovely young French lady, unfortunately she is a engineer so she probably dosen't have a personality but lovely website. Another one that made me laugh was Overheard in New York. Here are the others:
