Father's Day Vouchers

This is from Fathers Day (strangely enough). Ben gave me some vouchers for Father's Day with excellent things like: "I promise to take the Rubish (sic) out", "I will make my Bed" etc. There were about ten little boxes on each page and all up there were five pages. I was most impressed. I also got an excellent tie with cotton wool on it... I am sure that they will be all the rage in Paris next year. It all went a bit pear shaped when about 20 minutes later he informed me that, "Oh and by the way the Vouchers expire tomorrow..." I'm sure that he will make an excellent Trade Union Representative (or lawyer) one day... Oh and this is what we had for Breakfast! Very Homer Simpson!

Super 80

For fathers day (another post for that) i spent a lot of the day tidying up the study in preperation for it becoming bigger and really a spare bedroom. Anyway that's all boring... but i did find this amongst the huge amount of old papers that i threw out! it is the First Computer i ever bought... a Disk Smith Super 80! There was a lot of soldering in this thing and the files loaded from a cassette... long way from the internet, still it was 1981!
